The sound bath is 30 minutes.
The sauna is 20 minutes.
The sauna is parked in the parking lot at Long Beach Simon’s Town, and the sound bath takes place on the beach next to sauna.
Our sound bath will take place in the evening, in the dark, so it’s natural to have some questions about safety. Let’s go over a few points to help you understand the flow of the evening
- Valuables: Please try not to bring any valuable items with you, so you can fully relax and enjoy the evening.
- Safety in numbers: Each sound bath group will have between 20 and 30 people, so there’s always a comforting presence around you.
- Sauna & movement: Sauna slots are 15 minutes, and there will be a constant flow of people, coming in and out, dipping into the sea, and moving around. This lively movement creates a sense of energy and presence throughout the space.
- Additional measures: I’ll have tiki torch to light up the sand, as well as an alarm and pepper spray for safety. While we can’t predict the actions of everyone outside our group, we aim to create a secure within what is in our control and welcoming environment.
While I highly recommend doing both for the full experience, you can absolutely choose just one.

You can decide the order—whether you'd prefer the sound bath first followed by the sauna, or enjoy the sauna, jump in the rock pool, and then relax with the sound bath afterwards.

You can pre-book if you'd like to secure your preferred time for the sauna, as there are limited spots available. You can also pre-book the sound bath and pay for that separately via the Hot Huts Sauna website.

Alternatively, you can choose not to reserve and simply walk in. In that case, you can pay with card at the sauna and for the sound bath at the Hot Huts sauna.
An additional option is to pay for the sound bath in cash if you prefer.
All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. However, you’re more than welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend. If you do so, please make sure to communicate the name change with HotHuts or Leandra in timely manner.
