During the event, you can experience the Daruma Matcha Cafe. For both connoisseurs and newcomers, this is the perfect opportunity to experience the unique flavor and health benefits of matcha.

The Yoga & Sound Bath

The yoga practice focuses on gentle movement, body awareness and conscious breathing, creating a natural transition into the sound bath. There will be no standing poses and suitable for each level. The sound bath begins with each person seated in a comfortable position. A brief guided breathing, followed by a few gentle moments to heighten your sensory awareness. I will use some South African essential oils during the session.

You're invited to lie down and get comfortable, using items like pillows, and blankets.

I gradually introduce sound into the room. While I use various instruments, the main ones are the crystal singing bowls.

You can encounter a range of experiences, including profound relaxation, a heightened sense of peace, an uplift in mood, improved clarity of thought, physical and emotional release, a deeper self-connection, or simply enjoy the sensations.

About the co organiser and facilitator

Meet Leandra, a dynamic and adventurous soul from R’dam, passionate about travel and embracing the vibrant culture of South Africa. She is the founder, creative director, and facilitator of the event she is co organising with GHG.

She is a certified RTT Therapist, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Brain Health Professional, Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Sound Bath Facilitator. Leandra combines her diverse skills to support personal growth and well-being.

Join us for an unforgettable evening of relaxation and renewal, complete with yoga on the indoor rooftop, a calming sound bath session.

We recommend arriving on time to settle in comfortably.
Unfortunately, if you arrive after 19.25, we will not be able to let you in. Thank you for your understanding.
Comfort is essential for your body to be able to relax, so please take this seriously.

Make sure you are warm. Wear/ bring multiple layers of clothing and socks.
- The floor can get cold, so bring a thick yoga mat to lie on comfortably (optionally, a sleeping bag on top).
- Also bring a blanket to cover yourself, a cushion for your head, and optionally an eye mask.
- And anything else you might need to be comfortable.
The rooftop is indoors
• No standing poses. The yoga practice is designed to prepare the body and mind for the sound bath.
• Gentle movements to bring awareness to the body and breath.
• A slow, grounding practice that leads into the sound bath.
Everyone is welcome, no experience needed.
The Yoga part is seated only, suitable for all levels.
Yes, everyone is welcome
Yes, you’re welcome to join if you’re pregnant. The session uses only soft and gentle tones, no gongs or heavy instruments, you can join at any stage of pregnancy.
Having worked with several pregnant ladies, they often share how they can feel their baby responding to the vibrations of the bowl, an incredibly special experience that deepens the bond between mother and child.

My only request is that you make sure you feel completely comfortable: bring extra pillows, blankets, or anything else that helps you relax and stay warm. It’s always better to have too much than too little.
And of course, if you have any medical concerns, please do check in with your healthcare practitioner first.
The session will be conducted in easy to understand English.
All sales are final, and we’re unable to offer refunds.
However, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend or someone else, but please let us know the name transfer.
