90 minute Yoga & Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Bath
There’s something truly special about an outdoor sound bath. Unlike in a studio, where the sound is held and reflected by the walls, outdoors the sound travels freely, carried by the wind and shaped by the open space. And being surrounded by nature adds a natural sense of calm.
✨ 90 minute Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Bath

📅 Saturday 11 July
⏰ 9.30 - 11.00
🎟️ Ticket €37,50
What to Expect
You’ll receive the location via WhatsApp. After signing up, you can join the group chat. Since it’s an outdoor space and we can’t control how others may be using it, I’ll share the exact spot at the Kralingse Plas on the day of the event.
01 START
Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of your sound bath. This gives you time to settle in, get comfortable, and be ready for the start.
02 BREATH, GENTLE YOGA STRETCHING
We’ll begin by gently waking up the body with light stretches, releasing tension in the bigger muscle groups and bringing awareness to the breath. Creating space for your nervous system to soften and unwind.
This helps to ease you in and prepares your body to receive the sound more fully. That way, the sound doesn’t just wash over you, you can actually feel it moving through you,
03 SOUND BATH
I’ll slowly begin to introduce the different instruments. The crystal singing bowls sound especially beautiful in the open air, I can’t wait for you to hear them. I’m also bringing along an instrument I haven’t used before.
And as always, I’ll include some aromatherapy, using the South African essential oils I brought with me.
We end the session with a long, deep relaxation to let everything land and gently settle.
04 PULL A A CARD & TIME TO CONNECT WITH EACH OTHER
If you’d like, you can pull a card from the card circle. But this is also a time to simply chat with others, share your experience, or just relax and enjoy the view of the plas.
We’ll be lying on the grass, so please bring whatever helps you feel comfortable, such as a yoga mat, picnic blanket, or sleeping bag. The grass can sometimes be slightly damp in the morning due to dew.
A blanket is recommended to keep you warm during the session. You may also want to bring a pillow or an eye mask if that supports your comfort and relaxation.
Thin socks can be helpful as well. If you prefer, you can bring bug spray to make yourself feel more at ease.

Because this is an outdoor event, we closely monitor the weather. In the event of rain, strong winds, or thunderstorms, the session will be postponed.
You will be notified via the Whatsapp group before the event if any changes occur. -
I kindly ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in comfortably before the session begins. I have a strict no-late-entry policy to respect everyone’s time and ensure the session flows without disruptions.

Being outdoors sometimes brings unexpected sounds, that’s something you can’t control. But honestly, I actually see that as a valuable part of the experience, besides all the beautiful sounds, the birds, the wind, the water.
So far, we haven’t had any issues with noise, and everyone who’s joined has responded really positively. Even people passing by usually find it quite lovely.
There’s really no place that’s 100% silent, even indoors you’ll hear something, kids in the street, a car in the distance. Being outside actually helps you surrender to what is, instead of resisting what you don’t want to hear.
It can also be a great moment to check in with yourself, how flexible are you mentally, in your ability to adapt to what is?
It’s a beautiful mental training in presence, letting go, and gentleness. And most people find that after a few minutes, they’re completely immersed in the moment.

Each sound bath is unique! While the soothing sounds and relaxing atmosphere are always there, every session differs depending on the space, instruments, and energy.
This outdoor sound bath offers a special connection to nature, with sound moving differently in the open air, making it a fresh and enriching experience even if you’ve attended others before.

Sound baths are for everyone, whether it’s your first time or you’ve experienced them before. Just come as you are.

Everyone is welcome

Having worked with several pregnant ladies, they often share how they can feel their baby responding to the vibrations of the bowl, an incredibly special experience that deepens the bond between mother and child.
1. Deep Relaxation: The pure tones of crystal singing bowls help to relax the body and mind, easing tension and promoting a sense of calm. This is especially beneficial during pregnancy when stress and physical discomfort can take a toll.
2. Physical Comfort: The vibrations from the bowls penetrate deep into the body, helping to release muscle tension and alleviate discomfort, especially in areas like the back, hips, and shoulders, which are common trouble spots during pregnancy.
3. Emotional Balance: Pregnancy can be an emotional rollercoaster, and the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls help to calm the nervous system, reducing anxiety and emotional stress, promoting overall well-being for both mother and baby.
4. Increased Bonding with Baby: Many pregnant women report feeling their baby responding to the sound vibrations of the bowls. The gentle resonance creates a unique opportunity for mother and baby to connect on a deeper, calming level.
5. Improved Circulation: The sound vibrations help stimulate blood flow, which can reduce swelling and fatigue, enhancing circulation to both the mother and the baby.
6. Safe and Non-Invasive: As a natural, non-invasive therapy, crystal singing bowl sound baths are a safe and nurturing option for pregnant women looking to enhance their wellness throughout their pregnancy journey.
Disclaimer: While crystal singing bowl sound baths are safe for most pregnant women, it's always important to consult with a healthcare provider before participating in any new therapy during pregnancy, especially if there are any specific health concerns, or first trimester.I BOUGHT A TICKET AND I CAN'T MAKE IT
