The sound bath will take place on the beach next to the tidal pool.

What To Bring
We’ll be lying down on the beach sand, it can get cold please make sure you are WARM. so bring whatever makes you feel comfortable, whether it’s a yoga mat, a picnic blanket, or even a sleeping bag.
It’s nice to have a blanket to cover yourself, and if you like, you can also bring a pillow or an eye mask.
I always like wearing thin socks, and you’re more than welcome to bring some bug spray if that helps you feel more at ease.

I’ve been hosting these events at this location for over a year and we haven’t had any issues during the full moon.
It’s usually quite busy during the full moon, especially with the HotHuts sauna nearby, so there are consistently people coming and going.
It is a public, open space, so I can never fully control everything or guarantee absolute safety. That said, the environment has felt steady and well frequented every time.
There’s also a natural sense of safety in numbers.

Yes, you’re welcome to join while pregnant! Sound baths are gentle, soothing, and safe for both you and your baby , a lovely way to relax and nurture yourself. Just let me know in advance.

Being outdoors sometimes brings unexpected sounds, that’s something you can’t control. But honestly, I actually see that as a valuable part of the experience, besides all the beautiful sounds, the birds, the wind, the ocean.
So far, we haven’t had any issues with noise, and everyone who’s joined has responded really positively. Even people passing by usually find it quite lovely. And we are lying down away from a walking path.
There’s really no place that’s 100% silent, even indoors you’ll hear something, kids in the street, a car in the distance. Being outside actually helps you surrender to what is, instead of resisting what you don’t want to hear.
It can also be a great moment to check in with yourself, how flexible are you mentally, in your ability to adapt to what is?
It’s a beautiful mental training in presence, letting go, and gentleness. And most people find that after a few minutes, they’re completely immersed in the moment.
