The crystal singing bowls fill the space with their beautiful sounds, while the breathtaking interior and high ceilings of the church amplify every note, making the acoustic experience even more special.

During a crystal singing bowl Sound Bath, the focus is on the sounds and vibrations produced by 432 Hz bowls made from pure quartz crystal.
We call it a “bath” because you are completely enveloped in these sounds. The gentle vibrations wash over you like waves, guiding you into a deep state of relaxation.
The Experience
The session begins with everyone sitting comfortably. I will guide you through gentle breathing exercises and soft movements to promote mindfulness. You will then be invited to lie down and get comfortable, using items such as cushions and blankets. The singing bowls will gradually be introduced, creating a unique experience for each participant. Most find it deeply relaxing, a moment to receive, unwind, and connect with themselves, all while enjoying the very special atmosphere and acoustic beauty of the Laurenskerk.

Make sure you are warm! Wear multiple layers of clothing and bring socks. The floor is stone, and can get cold. Bring a yoga mat to lie on comfortably, a blanket to cover yourself, a cushion for your head, and optionally, an eye mask.

Make sure you are warm!! Wear multiple layers of clothing and socks.The floor is stone and can get cold, and there is no heating, so bring a thick yoga mat to lie on comfortably (optionally, a sleeping bag on top).
Also bring a blanket to cover yourself, a cushion for your head, and optionally an eye mask.
And anything else you might need to be comfortable.

Yes, you’re welcome to join if you’re pregnant. The session uses only soft and gentle tones, no gongs or heavy instruments, you can join at any stage of pregnancy.
Having worked with several pregnant ladies, they often share how they can feel their baby responding to the vibrations of the bowl, an incredibly special experience that deepens the bond between mother and child.
If you’d like, you can also read more in a post I shared on Instagram.
My only request is that you make sure you feel completely comfortable: bring extra pillows, blankets, or anything else that helps you relax and stay warm. It’s always better to have too much than too little.
And of course, if you have any medical concerns, please do check in with your healthcare practitioner first.
