Why Good Enough?

In the rush of everyday life, it's easy to measure our worth by what we do, what we achieve, or how others respond to us. The habit of constantly striving can quietly plant the idea that we are not enough as we are. And yet, beneath the noise, there's a quieter truth: we already are.

The idea of being “good enough” can feel both comforting and confronting. We might long for it while still doubting it’s true. In a world that rarely pauses, taking a moment to rest into that truth can be radical.

This evening offers space to soften the grip of perfectionism, to meet the part of you that always tries, and to listen instead to the voice that gently reminds you: you are not behind, you are not broken, you are not too much or too little.

Like in art, where negative space gives shape to what we see, it's often in the stillness, in the in-between, where we begin to truly feel what’s always been there. Enoughness isn’t something to earn. It’s something to remember.

In the space where we stop striving to be more, better, different, something shifts.

Believing I am good enough isn’t a command or a destination. It’s an opening. A soft, quiet invitation to meet yourself as you are. It allows, enables, permits, and welcomes a different kind of awareness, one that doesn't push or prove, but simply lets you be.

There’s a tenderness in these kinds of verbs: allow, enable, permit, invite. They hold no pressure. They offer presence. And in that presence, something new can happen, an idea, a release, a moment of self-acceptance. Maybe even peace.

Without that pause, without that inner space, the cycle of not-enoughness keeps spinning. But when we stop, even briefly, we might discover that we already have what we were chasing. That we already are who we were trying to become.

Would you be surprised if I told you that the most common belief people carry is: I’m not good enough?"

I’ve seen it show up in all kinds of ways, in RTT therapy, in sound bath, in quiet moments after a session. In people who seem confident and capable, but who never feel quite at peace. In those who are constantly doing, striving, fixing, chasing a version of themselves that finally feels “worthy.” It doesn’t always sound the same. Sometimes it’s, “I should be further along by now,” or “I’m not as confident as I should be,” or “Something must be wrong with me.” But underneath it all is the same quiet ache: the feeling that who we are, as we are, somehow isn’t enough.

And the thing is, it’s often hidden. We learn to cover it up with perfectionism, people-pleasing, overworking, or shutting down entirely. We stay busy, we aim higher, we push through. But the belief stays lodged somewhere inside, shaping how we show up in the world.

This session is an invitation to gently explore that. Not to fix it. Not to force it away. But to give it space, and to offer yourself something different: a moment of stillness, a moment of care, and a moment to remember the deeper truth….

You are already enough.

This space is for those who are feeling the weight of always needing to be “on,” to do more, to keep up. It’s for anyone who quietly wonders if they’re falling short—even when they’re doing their best.

Maybe you’ve been in a period of change. Maybe you’re tired. Maybe you just need space to breathe, without needing to be anything other than who you are right now.

This session is an invitation to pause the striving and settle into a deeper sense of self-acceptance. To experience what it feels like to simply be—without fixing, improving, or performing.

Held in my peaceful studio space and limited to just 4 people, so you can fully receive the sound and stillness, without noise or distraction. Just you, and the reminder that you are enough.

 
 

Who is this NOT for?

This evening is intentionally created for a select few and isn’t meant for everyone. I also offer other events that are more accessible and open to larger groups.
This session is about intention, depth, and quality, designed for you if you’re ready to invest meaningfully in yourself and experience a truly intimate, focused space.
If you’re looking for something casual, quick, or budget-friendly, this evening probably isn’t the right fit.
Here, the focus is on creating space for genuine connection, deep presence, and lasting transformation.

Because it enables me to provide you with a higher level of expertise and personalized attention. And I really enjoy that, it’s what I do best.

 

I'm currently dividing my time between South Africa, the Netherlands, and Ibiza, a rhythm that keeps me inspired and grounded in different ways.

With over 14 years of experience in this field, I’ve had the opportunity to work with high-end brands and companies like CHANEL and Cookson Adventures. I specialize in facilitating bespoke one-on-one sessions, group masterclasses, and large-scale events that focus on personal growth and empowerment.

I’ve hosted sold-out events for over 170 participants and regularly work with clients from a wide range of backgrounds. Beyond facilitation, I personally manage and creatively direct my own events, making sure that every experience is thoughtfully designed to support healing, growth, and lasting well-being.

My work has always been about supporting lasting transformation — not just creating a temporary feel-good moment. When you attend one of my sessions, my intention is to offer you something meaningful to reflect on, something that inspires and reconnects you with yourself. More importantly, I want the effects of our time together to stay with you long after the session ends.

I hold certifications in Rapid Transformational Therapy, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Brain Health, Yoga & Meditation, Sound Bath Facilitation, and I’m also a certified Scrum Master. Over the years, I’ve been grateful to receive wonderful testimonials from clients who’ve experienced profound transformation through both my therapy sessions and sound baths, many sharing how these experiences have brought lasting positive change in their lives.
