A moment to pause
This is your monthly hour PAUSE, fully remote and designed for you to join in from wherever you are, no travel needed. You can enjoy The Pause from your bed, your couch, or your yoga mat, wherever you feel most at ease.
what does a pause mean to you? And when is the last time you felt like you deserved A Pause?
Why Pause?
The pressure of habits of everyday work and life can make it hard to pause for a few days, or even for a few seconds. The idea of stopping can be simultaneously attractive or scary. In general we don't pay much attention or give much importance to the spaces in between all the tasks. A pause might be so slight that it is easy to forget, ignore or skip over. In one's enthusiasm to look ahead, the spaces to notice, or appreciate, or reflect, are often led by the wayside.
In a pause you can question existing ways of acting, have new ideas or simply appreciate the life. Without a pause, everything continues as it was.
It is an opening which allows, enables, permits or invites all sort of possibilities. There are very gentle, generous verbs: allow, enable, permit, invite. Pause does not demand, command, or control. It allows something to happen which would otherwise not occur, and you never quite know what that will be.

how Pause works
-
This deep body relaxation session has been gently crafted for you, drawing from my training as a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Yoga teacher. It brings together simple, effective tools to help your body soften and your mind settle.
You’ll remain aware and in control throughout, simply closing your eyes as my voice guides you into a state of deep ease. You don’t have to speak or do anything, just be present, listen to my voice, and receive what you need.
Join this 1-hour online session for a quiet, nourishing group experience that is calming, restorative, and entirely your own.
Benefits: Deep body Relaxation, Improved Sleep, Calm, More Focussed, Moment of Rest and Rejuvenation, Stress Relief, burnout support, Connecting to yourself. -
This hour is all about you! The natural position for your body to surrender & relax is by lying down in bed or wherever is comfortable for you. Maybe dim the lights, essential oils, incense… whatever makes you feel at ease and most comfortable.
-
While lying down with your eyes closed, I will dedicate some time to help you to ground & to let go of any (daily) stress. This may include breath work or conscious work to check in with your body & mind and easing into the rest of the session.
-
Once you feel comfortable and grounded, I will slowly guide you into a hypnosis. Hypnosis is a natural state where you feel increasing levels of relaxation. You are always in control. So, don’t worry, you’ll be fine! (This is not staged hypnosis).
The hypnosis can be divided into two parts. The first part is where I will guide you from head to toe through your body, energetically allowing you to let go, surrender or release any energetic, physical or mental stress or blockages.
-
The very best part of the session! During the second part of the hypnosis, I will guide you into deep body relaxation from head to toe.
Some people naturally drift off to sleep, which is perfectly normal and beneficial for the body at that moment. Others remain awake but might enter a deeply comfortable, dreamlike state.
You'll likely feel a profound sense of calm, ease, and safety, experiencing total body relaxation with refreshing energy circulating throughout.
-
Each person's experience is unique, and so will be yours, but most people say that they feel the effects for days. Most people report better sleep quality, and therefore more rested and focused. Improved mood, feeling calmer.

FAQ

You deserve to feel a calming connection to your home space, this is yours. A place to rest, relax, and enjoy just being.
But for some of us, home hasn’t always felt like that. It might be where we work, stress, or carry too much.
That’s why The Pause matters, it helps gently rewire the way you relate to your space. So that your couch, your bed, your yoga mat… becomes a soft place to land.
When you join me from the comfort of your couch or bed, you're actually creating a positive neurological connection with that space.
By choosing to relax and unwind in your familiar surroundings, you're telling your brain that this space is associated with something good and calming. So, instead of feeling like just another video call, think of it as a chance to create an oasis of calm right in your home.
-
All are welcome to join, regardless of experience, as creating space for rest and relaxation is important for everyone’s mental and physical health.
Whether new or experienced, because relaxation and healing are essential for all of us, especially in today’s busy world.
-
Falling asleep during the session often means your body is getting the rest it needs, which is a good thing. Some people choose to stay asleep afterward, and I usually let them rest peacefully. Others prefer to set alarms to wake up, but most gently return to full awareness by the session’s end.
-
You’re welcome to join Zoom 15 minutes early.
It’s a relaxed chance to test your laptop or phone setup, get a gentle introduction to hypnosis, or have a chat with me to help you feel comfortable before we start.
-
Joining the session regularly brings both immediate relief and lasting benefits.
Think of it as your personal monthly check-in, a dedicated moment to tune into your body and mind, notice how you’re feeling, and observe your progress over time. The effects go beyond the session itself, gently improving other areas of your life.
You might find your sleep deepening, your mood lifting, and your focus sharpening at work. Plus, you’ll grow more in tune with your body, making it easier to recognize and release tension as it appears.
Simply put, making this a regular practice can bring meaningful, positive changes to your overall well-being.

I must be able to see you to guide everyone through the session effectively. I work with people, bodies, and breath, and if I can't see you, I can't provide you with the best and safest experience. At the end of the session, I need to see if you are sleeping or gradually coming back to awareness so that I can guide you in the best way possible.
Please ensure that your camera is on during the session; this is not optional.
-
Even though it is a group session via Zoom, it is non-interactive; meaning you will have your eyes closed for 95% of the session. You can simply receive without needing to say or do anything other than following my voice.
-
No, you are always in control and you are present during the session.
Drawing upon my expertise as a Clinical Hypnotherapist and Yoga teacher, I've carefully crafted this session to seamlessly integrate the best of both worlds. Many people still associate hypnosis with stage hypnosis, but what is lesser known is the healing benefit of hypnosis. A deep body relaxing part is lesser known.
