Join us for an immersive sound journey that blends live strings🎻, crystal singing bowls, and intentional vibration, a space where resonance meets restoration.
The cello brings grounding depth, the viola adds a warm, rich mid-range that resonates with the bowls, and the violin weaves in a luminous clarity. Together with the singing bowls, they create a dynamic, evolving soundscape that feels alive, immersive, and utterly unique. Nadiah and Leandra will explore & guide the intersection between sound, energy, and emotional restoration.

Why this collaboration
“This collaboration came about quite naturally. Nadiah had experienced my sound baths before, and when I heard her play the viola🎻, I was immediately intrigued, and it sparked my curiosity. The first thing that came to my mind was how beautiful it would be to combine her sound with the crystal singing bowls. I asked Nadiah if she’d be open to collaborating and exploring what other instruments we could include”…
The cello, viola, and violin were chosen for more than just their beauty, they each have a voice that naturally intertwines with the crystal singing bowls. The cello brings grounding depth, the viola adds a warm, rich mid-range that resonates with the bowls, and the violin weaves in a luminous clarity. Together, they create a dynamic, evolving soundscape that feels alive, immersive, and utterly unique.
CRYSTAL SINGING BOWLS
“My crystal singing bowls are made from pure crystal quartz and tuned to the healing frequency of 432 Hz. Each of my bowls has its own unique tone and vibration”. When played, they produce long, resonant tones that you can both hear and feel, gently vibrating through the body to calm the mind, release tension, and bring a sense of balance. Each bowl has its own unique tone, and when combined with instruments like the cello, viola, and violin, they blend into a rich, immersive soundscape.
WHAT TO EXPECT - FLOW OF THE AFTERNOON
We’ll begin with a brief welcome and introduction. Seated comfortably, you’ll be guided through gentle body and breath awareness while Nadiah plays the first string instrument.
This initial practice gently turns your attention inward, calming the nervous system and sharpening your senses so you can fully experience the sound in its deepest, most resonant way.
You’ll be invited to lie down in a comfortable position and simply relax. The music will gently move around and through you, creating a peaceful, soothing, and deeply restorative experience where you can fully unwind and be present in the moment.
When we gently come out of the sound experience, we’ll offer you some tea and create a card circle. This allows you to slowly shift your awareness from within back to the outside world. It’s also a space to connect with one another and share your experiences, if you feel called to.
