What To Bring

Please bring a nice to have a blanket to cover yourself + a pillow or an eye mask. You don’t need to bring a yoga mat.

I always like wearing socks.

  Sound baths are for everyone, whether it’s your first time or you’ve experienced them before. Just come as you are.

• Can I join the sound bath if i'm pregnant

  Yes, you’re welcome to join while pregnant! Sound baths are gentle, soothing, and safe for both you and your baby , a lovely way to relax and nurture yourself. Just let me know in advance. 

• What if I bought a ticket and I can't make it

  All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. However, you’re more than welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend.
