Sunday morning 75 minute Sound bath
Thereās something truly special about an outdoor sound bath. Unlike in a studio, where the sound is held and reflected by the walls, outdoors the sound travels freely, carried by the wind and shaped by the open space. And being surrounded by nature adds a natural sense of calm, and we might have a few horses joining us in the background.

What to Expect
01 START
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of your sound bath. This gives you time to settle in, get comfortable, and be ready for the start.
02 BREATH, GENTLE YOGA STRETCHING
Weāll begin by gently waking up the body with light stretches, releasing tension in the bigger muscle groups and bringing awareness to the breath. Creating space for your nervous system to soften and unwind.
This helps to ease you in and prepares your body to receive the sound more fully. That way, the sound doesnāt just wash over you, you can actually feel it moving through you,
03 SOUND BATH
Iāll slowly begin to introduce the different instruments. The crystal singing bowls sound especially beautiful in the open air, I canāt wait for you to hear them. Iām also bringing along an instrument I havenāt used before.
And as always, Iāll include some aromatherapy, using the South African essential oils I brought with me.
We end the session with a long, deep relaxation to let everything land and gently settle.
04 PULL A A CARD & TIME TO CONNECT WITH EACH OTHER
If youād like, you can pull a card from the card circle. But this is also a time to simply chat with others, share your experience, or just relax and enjoy the view of the plas.
Weāll be lying on the grass, so please bring whatever helps you feel comfortable, such as a yoga mat, picnic blanket, or sleeping bag. The grass can sometimes be slightly damp in the morning due to dew.
A blanket is recommended to keep you warm during the session. You may also want to bring a pillow or an eye mask if that supports your comfort and relaxation. Thin socks can be helpful as well. If you prefer, you can bring bug spray to make yourself feel more at ease.

Being outdoors sometimes brings unexpected sounds, thatās something you canāt control. But honestly, I actually see that as a valuable part of the experience, besides all the beautiful sounds, the birds, the wind, the water.
Thereās really no place thatās 100% silent, even indoors youāll hear something, kids in the street, a car in the distance. Being outside actually helps you surrender to what is, instead of resisting what you donāt want to hear.
It can also be a great moment to check in with yourself, how flexible are you mentally, in your ability to adapt to what is?
Itās a beautiful mental training in presence, letting go, and gentleness. And most people find that after a few minutes, theyāre completely immersed in the moment.

Sound baths are for everyone, whether itās your first time or youāve experienced them before. Just come as you are.

Everyone is welcome

Having worked with several pregnant ladies, they often share how they can feel their baby responding to the vibrations of the bowl, an incredibly special experience that deepens the bond between mother and child.
1. Deep Relaxation: The pure tones of crystal singing bowls help to relax the body and mind, easing tension and promoting a sense of calm. This is especially beneficial during pregnancy when stress and physical discomfort can take a toll.
2. Physical Comfort: The vibrations from the bowls penetrate deep into the body, helping to release muscle tension and alleviate discomfort, especially in areas like the back, hips, and shoulders, which are common trouble spots during pregnancy.
3. Emotional Balance: Pregnancy can be an emotional rollercoaster, and the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls help to calm the nervous system, reducing anxiety and emotional stress, promoting overall well-being for both mother and baby.
4. Increased Bonding with Baby: Many pregnant women report feeling their baby responding to the sound vibrations of the bowls. The gentle resonance creates a unique opportunity for mother and baby to connect on a deeper, calming level.
5. Improved Circulation: The sound vibrations help stimulate blood flow, which can reduce swelling and fatigue, enhancing circulation to both the mother and the baby.
6. Safe and Non-Invasive: As a natural, non-invasive therapy, crystal singing bowl sound baths are a safe and nurturing option for pregnant women looking to enhance their wellness throughout their pregnancy journey.
Disclaimer: While crystal singing bowl sound baths are safe for most pregnant women, it's always important to consult with a healthcare provider before participating in any new therapy during pregnancy, especially if there are any specific health concerns, or first trimester.I BOUGHT A TICKET AND I CAN'T MAKE IT
