I facilitate unique Crystal singing bowl sound healing through wonderful collaborations, but you can also book a private sound bath for one person, events, retreats, and more.
You don't need any experience. Everyone is welcome at my healing sound baths in my studio in Muizenberg or events around South Africa.
What is a sound bath?
A Sound Bath offers a profoundly immersive, whole-body listening experience designed to harness the soothing power of sound, fostering therapeutic and rejuvenating processes to nurture both your mind and body.
What to expect

A Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience.
A crystal singing bowl sound bath primarily involves listening to the sounds and vibrations produced by 432 Hz bowls made of high-purity quartz crystal.
It's called a "bath" because you are "immersed" in the sounds, letting the vibrations wash over you and making you feel relaxed.
The experience is highly subjective and it will be different for each person, each time. There is no ‘typical attendee’. With this in mind, you don’t need any particular prior knowledge or experience. The only thing required is your presence.
Sound healing is a therapeutic practice that uses sound vibrations to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. -
The sound bath begins with each person seated in a comfortable position. A brief guided breathing, followed by a few gentle moments to heighten your sensory awareness.
You're invited to lie down and get comfortable, using items like pillows, and blankets.
I gradually introduce sound into the room. While I use various instruments, the main ones are the crystal singing bowls.
You can encounter a range of experiences, including profound relaxation, a heightened sense of peace, an uplift in mood, improved clarity of thought, physical and emotional release, a deeper self-connection, or simply enjoy the sensations.

I use the highest quality of South African essential oils during my sound baths.
Locally and organically produced on small farms in the Western Cape Region of South Africa. Single-sourced indigenous South African fynbos botanical species are hand-harvested and steam-distilled, extracting the highest quality oil. The essential oils are particularly precious because yields are extremely low. The essential oils are chosen for their captivating fragrances and therapeutic properties. Fynbos botanicals have been traditionally used in South Africa for centuries to alleviate ailments and promote health and well-being.
To extend the quality of your experience, I provide the opportunity to purchase all the oils I use during our sessions. This allows you to elevate your environment and continue to enjoy the benefits.

The duration of the sound bath can be discussed and may vary between 30 minutes to 1.5 hours.
I'm currently in Cape Town, but I offer sound baths throughout South Africa and internationally upon request

You have the option to reserve a private sound bath experience as a special treat for yourself, exclusively or for a group of friends, for special occasions, as a birthday gift, or for a small gathering of friends.
This sound bath can take place either at your home or another venue of your choice. Additionally, I can help arrange a suitable venue for you at an additional cost if needed.

Depending on the location, the following items may be provided; if not, you'll need to bring:
Your (yoga) mat to lie on.
Blanket It's essential to cover yourself for optimal relaxation during the session.
I highly recommend wearing warm, comfortable clothes and socks to avoid getting cold during the session.
(it's a good idea to have a little extra just in case).Eye mask optional.
Something to drink to keep yourself hydrated throughout the session.
