Pause, 1 hour live zoom

This is your monthly hour PAUSE, fully remote and designed for you to join in from wherever you are, no travel needed. You can enjoy The Pause from your bed, your couch, or your yoga mat, wherever you feel most at ease.

Why PAUSE?

The pressure of habits of everyday work and life can make it hard to pause for a few days, or even for a few seconds. The idea of stopping can be simultaneously attractive or scary. In general we don't pay much attention or give much importance to the spaces in between all the tasks. A pause might be so slight that it is easy to forget, ignore or skip over. In one's enthusiasm to look ahead, the spaces to notice, or appreciate, or reflect, are often led by the wayside.

What does a Pause mean to you?

And when is the last time you felt like you deserved a pause.

In a pause you can question existing ways of acting, have new ideas or simply appreciate the life.  I think we should. In life, as in art, you need to step back to see that. The “negative space", which lies around or between objects or events, gives shapes to the whole.

It is an opening which allows, enables, permits or invites all sort of possibilities. There are very gentle, generous verbs: allow, enable, permit, invite. Pause does not demand, command, or control. It allows something to happen which would otherwise not occur, and you never quite know what that will be.

Without a pause, everything continues as it was.

Who is this for?

This session is for anyone who needs a moment to pause.
No pressure, no performance, just a quiet hour to unwind, reset, and reconnect with yourself.

It’s a calming start to your new week. A chance to rest, recharge, and soften everything you’ve been holding.

Some join to slow down after a busy day, others come to rest, recharge, or even improve their sleep. Whether your mind has been busy, your body a little tired, or you’re simply curious, you’re welcome.

Join live on Zoom from wherever you feel most at ease, your bed, couch, or yoga mat.
No experience needed, just come as you are.

Who is this NOT for?

If you're looking for an active, high-energy session or something that involves a lot of talking, movement, or interaction, this probably won’t be your thing.

It’s not a fit if you're looking for something high-energy or interactive.
And because the session includes light hypnosis and deep relaxation, it’s not suitable for anyone with epilepsy, or for those currently experiencing serious mental health conditions such as psychosis or dissociation.

If you're unsure whether it's right for you, feel free to reach out, I’m happy to chat.

Why offer this?

From personal experience, I know taking a pause takes effort. If you don’t make time for it, it’s easy to forget, especially when life gets busy.

Nowadays, taking a pause doesn’t come naturally because we’re constantly busy or connected. That’s why it’s important to intentionally make space for rest, just as we do for everything else on our agendas. Rest is one of the most basic needs in our hierarchy of needs, yet as life speeds up, it’s often the first thing we push aside while we keep moving forward.

With my training as a RTT Therpaist, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Sound Bath facilitator and Yoga & Meditation teacher, I created these sessions because I believe slowing down and reconnecting with yourself is essential. Studies show that over 70% of people report never getting enough downtime, with many experiencing racing nervous systems, chronic stress, anxiety, poor sleep, and burnout.

Taking time to deeply relax isn’t just a luxury; it’s vital for supporting healthy brain function and balancing your nervous system. Deep relaxation helps calm the stress response, improves focus and memory, and allows your body to restore and heal.

Plus, by joining from your own home, you’re creating a positive association with your personal space, a place where your mind and body learn to rest and feel safe.

About

I'm currently dividing my time between South Africa, the Netherlands, and Ibiza, a rhythm that keeps me inspired and grounded in different ways.

With over 14 years of experience in this field, I’ve had the opportunity to work with high-end brands and companies like CHANEL and Cookson Adventures. I specialize in facilitating bespoke one-on-one sessions, group masterclasses, and large-scale events that focus on personal growth and empowerment.

I’ve hosted sold-out events for over 170 participants and regularly work with clients from a wide range of backgrounds. Beyond facilitation, I personally manage and creatively direct my own events, making sure that every experience is thoughtfully designed to support healing, growth, and lasting well-being.

My work has always been about supporting lasting transformation, not just creating a temporary feel-good moment. When you attend one of my sessions, my intention is to offer you something meaningful to reflect on, something that inspires and reconnects you with yourself. More importantly, I want the effects of our time together to stay with you long after the session ends.

I hold certifications in Rapid Transformational Therapy, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Brain Health, Yoga & Meditation, Sound Bath Facilitation, and I’m also a certified Scrum Master. Over the years, I’ve been grateful to receive wonderful testimonials from clients who’ve experienced profound transformation through both my therapy sessions and sound baths, many sharing how these experiences have brought lasting positive change in their lives.
